Infrastructure

FFAV does not have construction of football infrastructure as a priority, but have built some simple gravel football mini pitches (13 in total) , 2 clubhouses and 2 pitches with artificial grass.

The gravel pitches are 5 or 7 aside sized, flood secure and can be played on barefooted. A manual to construct such pitches has been funded by NFF and the Ministry of Culture in Norway.

One of the artificial pitches is in the Truong Tam Van The My in Hue, which is also FFAV’s training center. It comes with pitch, flood lights, stands, as well as a large conference hall for courses.

The idea was to show our partners and clubs how it is done, for them to replicate the concepts. Local communities have now based on this concept to upgrade more than 25 school yards and most clubs have their own “club house” in form of a designated classroom for the club to meet, store equipment and keep pennants, cups and pictures from the football activities
