A new network within the football family.

NFF/FFAV have signed 2 agreements (MoU) with Coaches Across Continents and the Scort Foundation with the purpose to strengthen sport for social impact as well as grassroots football in general throughout Thua Thien Hue province and throughout Vietnam. A special focus will be given on educational content to empower male and female coaches in their work with vulnerable children to foster safe environment and healthy lives.

Scort Foundation, Football Club Social Alliance (FCSA) and NFF/FFAV will execute a project called “Young Coach Education”. The MoU establishes the basis for the cooperation between Scort and NFF/FFAV during the setup and implementation phase and specifies both parties’ role and responsibilities. In this project, professional coaches from FCSA, experts of Scort and local partners will deliver theoretical and practical sessions followed by a predetermined curriculum consisting of football coaching, leadership training and life/soft skills.

FFAV with Mr. Brian Suskiewicz – Chief Executive Strategist of CAC

The goals of this project is outlined in the MoU between NFF/FFAV and the school of PE in August 2018. This multiphase project will depend on external funding. FFAV/CAC therefore will work together to secure funding to support all stakeholders in the Renovation of Physical Education project. If successful with the school of Physical Education, the goal is to continue to work with various universities and relevant Ministries in Vietnam to support a full national physical education reform.

This represents a big step forward for FFAV, partnering with friends in the global football network, bringing many benefits to the people passionate for football, and the desire to develop grassroots football in the community.
